We provide you with personalized and secure conversations and interactions with your AI partner; and you allow your AI conversation partner to learn from your interactions and improve your communication; User-generated content.

Services. When you use our services, we store, process and transfer your files (including photos, videos, audio recordings, structured data) and related information (e.g., information about the place and date of taking photos and videos). If you provide us with the access to your contacts list, we keep information about these contacts on our servers, so that you can use it.

Usage and Analytics. We collect information from those devices and about those devices that you use to access our Services. This includes IP-address, type of browser and device you use, information on the web page where from you came to our site, identification numbers of your devices. Your devices, depending on the settings can also transmit to our Services information about the location.

Sources of Personal Information

We obtain the categories of personal information listed above from the following categories of sources:

You are not required to provide us with such information, but certain features of the Services may not be accessible or available absent the provision of the requested information.

General Use

In general, Personal Data you submit to us is used to maintain the security and operation of our application(s), for troubleshooting, and for our internal analytics and reporting purposes so that we can respond to requests that you make and serve you better.

How do we store your information

Security. For storing users' data we use secure Google Cloud Platform and Google Firebase. Thus the security of your data is guaranteed by Google. We are also constantly working on a variety of additional functions that can be used for secure storing your data.

Preservation of information. We store information that you provide to our Services, as long as necessary, so that these Services were able to provide their services to you. If you delete your account, we will also remove your information. But please keep in mind: (1) removing this information from our servers and from storage may be delayed; (2) we can save this information if it is necessary for the rule of law, disputes resolution, or for the fulfillment of the conditions of our agreements.

Where we store your information

Around the world. To ensure the performance of our Services and providing you with our services, we store, process and transmit information at points located around the world (including outside of your country). Also, the information can be stored on the devices you use to access our Services.

We don't sell your personal information.

Amendments

If our company will be restructured, we will participate in a merger or acquisition, or we will sell our assets, your information may be transferred to another company in accordance with the terms of the deal. We will notify you (for example, send an email to the specified in your account e-mail address) of such transactions and how exactly can you perform in such a situation.

Right to erasure ('right to be forgotten')

We make no representation or warranty of any kind as to the accuracy of data, information, estimates, and predictions that we may provide to you through the App and you agree and understand that the App is not intended to match or serve the same purpose as a medical or scientific device or healthcare provider. We do not endorse or recommend any specific use of the App or any information, predictions, or suggestions provided in the App.

Do United States Residents Have Specific Privacy Rights?

In Short: If you are a resident of California, you are granted specific rights regarding access to your personal information.

California Residents

California Civil Code Section 1798.83, also known as the "Shine The Light" law permits our users who are California residents to request and obtain from us, once a year and free of charge, information about categories of personal information (if any) we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes and the names and addresses of all third parties with which we shared personal information in the immediately preceding calendar year. We do not process consumer's sensitive personal information.

Verification process

Upon receiving your request, we will need to verify your identity to determine you are the same person about whom we have the information in our system. These verification efforts require us to ask you to provide information so that we can match it with information you have previously provided us. For instance, depending on the type of request you submit, we may ask you to provide certain information so that we can match the information you provide with the information we already have on file, or we may contact you through a communication method (e.g., phone or email) that you have previously provided to us. We may also use other verification methods as the circumstances dictate.

We will only use personal information provided in your request to verify your identity or authority to make the request. To the extent possible, we will avoid requesting additional information from you for the purposes of verification.
